Arriving and expanding in Ireland

In 2018, ServiceNow established a Development Centre in Dublin, creating 30 jobs across cloud operations, engineering and legal activities. The following year, the company began expanding its team in Dublin by setting up a multilingual support centre. 

In 2021, ServiceNow announced it was creating at least 300 jobs in Ireland over the next three years. The roles were entirely brand-new, permanent positions, primarily in engineering, natural language understanding, internationalization and sales, and offered a span from early in career opportunities, all the way up to senior international roles. 
 

Doubling down on Ireland

In June 2022, ServiceNow signed a 12-year lease for four floors of a new development in Dublin city, giving it room to expand. That office is expected to open early in 2024.

Today, Ireland is one of ServiceNow’s largest international locations and the leading cloud based platform has continued to grow across the EMEA region as more enterprises seek to harness the power of its platform to meet their digital needs and help them work faster and more efficiently.

It employs over 400 people in Dublin, with 46 nationalities represented across the workforce. Employees are located across 24 counties, though the majority are based at its office in the capital. This culture has been recognised as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces in Tech 2023.

In June 2023, ServiceNow announced plans to double ServiceNow’s staff numbers in Ireland to 800, which will enable ServiceNow to continue innovating solutions, like generative AI functionality that bring IT and business together to create ‘exponential enterprises’ and operate as one company.
